England -star Phil Foden's youth love Rebecca Cooke has put hope for a glamorous Wag -wedding after a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger.
The player, 24, is said to have clamped Rebecca, 23, on New Year's Eve for a romantic trip to Paris.
And Rebecca has since been wearing a huge diamond ring.
She wore it in January when she and Phil the center of Manchester went to a birthday party in the Shisha Lounge.
And she wore it again when she attended the Fellow Wag Tanya Bardsley event in Mottram Hall in Cheshire last week.
Phil and Rebecca have been young people since their teenage years after a meeting at a party and are now parents for three children.
Phil flew back from the euros to be on the Rebecca side in June in the shipping room for the birth of their third child.
Said our source. “The couple have been together since they were young and their families and friends expect they had been giving up for a while.
“Time seemed good for Phil to ask the question. He took her to Paris for New Year's Eve and when they returned, Rebecca had a sparkling diamond ring on her engagement finger.
“The ring is absolutely huge. It is a huge diamond. She thinks it is great and she is very proud of wearing, although she has not announced anything about it.
“But all WAGs know and all players know in Manchester about the ring and everyone is looking forward to perhaps an announcement that something has happened soon, maybe an engagement.
“It would certainly be a huge wedding full of football players and celebrities and wags.
“Rebecca loves a party and has organized a number of great baby showers.”
Phil became the youngest player who won six league titles when he helped Manchester City last season beat their fourth consecutive Premier League.
His growing wealth and status as one of the best young football players in the world has transformed the fortune of his entire family and he even bought a £ 3 million house, six beds in the northwest for his parents.
The house is close to where he lives with Rebecca.
The star of £ 11 million a year likes to spoil his family and at Christmas he bought his eldest son Ronnie a tailor-made Mini Mercedes G-Wagon.
