Kyle Walker enjoyed an evening at the World Darts Championships just days after claiming he had not sent Christmas presents to the two children he shares with ex Lauryn Goodman this year.
The Manchester City captain was pictured at Alexandra Palace on Monday evening as the World Cup continued, with the likes of Luke Littler and Michael van Gerwen in action.
Walker spent the evening taking in the action amid a brief break in Man City's hectic party schedule.
The reigning Premier League champions had secured a 2-0 win over Leicester on Sunday, a result that has contributed to a terrible run of form for Pep Guardiola's side.
Walker has endured a difficult run of form this season and the defender has come under fire as Man City sit in sixth place, 14 points behind leaders Liverpool.
The full-back's difficult season comes amid his wife and mother of their four children, Annie Kilner, filing for divorce in October, with the star reportedly fighting for half of his £27million fortune.
Kilner's filing for divorce is the latest development in his family life, which Walker has expressed regret after fathering two children with Lauryn Goodman.
Their son was conceived while Walker – who had committed a series of crimes during the pandemic, including organizing a sex party – was separated from Kilner.
Their baby daughter was not and the recent child support court case ended with Judge Edward Hess ordering the England international to pay Goodman £1.8 million to purchase a property in Sussex, plus more than £100,000 in additional costs.
Walker pays £12,500 a month in child support. Goodman was blasted for “insatiable greed” by a spokesman for Walker, accusing him of using him as an “open-ended checkbook.”
The Man City captain seemingly hit back at Goodman amid claims he failed to send Christmas presents to their two children.
Although the footballer has not given Kairo and Kinara any presents, Kyle wants to support them financially.
An insider told MailOnline: 'Kyle has never been involved in the children's parties and hasn't brought any gifts, apart from a coat for Kairo a few years ago.
“The latest story seems like Lauryn is using his name to stay in the spotlight.
“He is not part of Lauryn's children's daily lives, but supports them financially – paying for their home, school and more.
“Kyle and Annie want to put this all behind them in 2025 and move on without the drama. They hope Lauryn will do the same instead of goading them on social media.”
Meanwhile, a source close to Lauryn said: “Lauryn has continued with her life with the children and is making sure they are protected even though it has been difficult for them, especially Kairo who is asking for his father.
“It's really sad that he doesn't stand up for all his children and you would think he would have learned that lesson by not doing it the first time.”
Walker has made 17 appearances for Man City so far this season but has been criticized for their subpar campaign.
The full-back had missed City's Boxing Day draw against Everton, while he only played the final 20 minutes of Sunday's win over Leicester.
