Oscar Bobb from Manchester City has sustained an injury in a season plagued by fitness problems.
BobB is supposed to have damaged his hamstring prior to last weekend's victory in Everton.
City is hopeful that the 21-year-old will return to the Pep Guardiola team before the end of the Premier League campaign.
But it serves as a new blow to Bobb, who broke his leg in August and only returned earlier this month after complications during his comeback.
A single problem had extended a time on the sidelines, just as it appeared that the Norway -International was close by before the FA Cup victory in Leyton Orient in February.
Bobb got a huge ovation on his return during a recent victory over Leicester City and offered a glimpse of what Guardiola had missed on the right wing when he came from the couch against Crystal Palace.
“He still suffered a small injury,” said Norway Coach Ståle Solbakken. I know nothing about the time perspective, but it is not a serious injury. '
City had expected Bobb's breakthrough to be this season after a stunning preview in the United States. The young person was reserved to start the year as the first choice of Guardiola on the right side of a three-man attack.
