Il Corriere Dello Sport says that City will launch an offer of € 55 million for the Holland International.
Knowing that Milan is being created against European football this season, City hopes to take advantage of the chaos in the Rossonero to seduce Reijnders to England.
It has been suggested that Milan could be willing to sell, although Reijners will not leave for less than € 70 million this summer.
For the time being, however, City is planning to open conversations with a first range of € 55 million next week.
