It has been a few tough years for the former man United star, Wes Brown.
The 45-year-old, who played 362 times for Man United, tolerated the disintegration of his marriage in 2022 and was declared bankrupt the following year.
Now, however, things seem to turn around for Brown, where the two-time Champions League winner has found love again.
Brown went discreetly with a businesswoman in the past year and was made public last week by placing the couple together to celebrate her 41st birthday.
Amy, who looks like Cheryl Cole, works in aesthetics sales and lives in the same area as WES.
An insider said to the sun: 'Wes and Amy have been together for more than a year and things are going really well between them.
'She is really successful and has her own thing going on. She is very popular in Cheshire and people think they are a great match. '
Brown divided from his wife – Real Housewives of Cheshire -star Leanne – in 2022. The couple, which had three children, was together for more than 20 years and WO in 2009.
Brown was then declared bankrupt in 2023 and a huge shock for a man who earned £ 50,000 a week in one phase during his 15-year stay in Old Trafford.
Last November the former defender bravely opened about his money problems that resulted from a series of real estate deals that went wrong.
“It was a tough ride,” he told the Express.
'It is something that is sometimes difficult to finish. But luckily I still do a lot of work and I can continue now. Today I am another day out. '
Brown now helps that the errors he has made are not repeated by the current generation.
One of his current working roles includes the training of athletes on financial literacy and due diligence, the type of guidance that is poor during the peak of his own fame.
“I always have the feeling that if I could have time again, I would have more people in the room and followed people's advice,” he added.
“But that was not available at the time. If there is something, you get the advantages and disadvantages, and I think that is much easier if you have people you trust in the room. '
In addition to his illustrious career at Man United, where he won five Premier League titles, Brown also played 23 times for England and had spells in Blackburn and Sunderland.
