Man United out, Barca in: Top forward reveals preferences for €65-75m move

After having delivered some of the best figures in European football on the Lat Two Seasons, it seems almost certain that the Swedish forward Viktor Gyokeres will be on the move this summer. In the coming weeks, where that movement will be, will become clearer.

According to a Bola, as worn by Sport, Gyokees becomes in conversations with Sporting CP during a move, and despite a release clause of € 100 million in his deal, the two parties have agreed to let him go for a lower fee. The minimum reimbursement is € 65 million and the maximum is € 75 million. However, Gyokeres is selective about his destinations, although it has his preference to return to the Premier League, where he once tried his luck in Brighton and Hove Albion.

One of the surprises is that Gyokeres is not happy to switch to Manchester United, which would mean a reunion with manager Ruben Amorim. The Red Devils were cited as one of his most likely destinations, but since they will probably miss the Champions League football next season, the 26-year-old would rather go somewhere who could offer him at the height of his career.

In Spain, Barcelona is the side that is most closely connected to him, and Gyokees has included the Catalan side in his green list, but the Blaugrana seems to have thrown away a movement for him this summer. Real Madrid is also in that list, but his most likely landing places when they move for him are Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester City. On the other hand, Bayern Munich stood him and Paris Saint-Germain was almost signing him last summer, and both would receive Gyokeres blessing.

This season Gyokeres has a remarkable 39 goals and eight assists in his 40 performances, while he goes into force in Portugal. Barcelona needs a long -term attacker to replace Robert Lewandowski, but it seems that they cannot break the bank for him because of their finances, or not feel that he is the player who is worth doing this.
