Man United ‘reject chance to sign Chelsea star in swap deal involving Garnacho’

Manchester United has reportedly rejected the opportunity to sign a Chelsea star in a Swap deal with Alejandro Garnacho.

Garnacho is strongly connected to a departure from United after falling out of grace under Ruben Amorim, with Stamford Bridge seen as a potential destination.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, United has rejected the chance to sell Garnacho as part of a deal with Chelsea -younger Tyrique George.

Talented winger George, 19, scored three goals and gave five assists in 26 senior performances for Chelsea.

Garnacho is eager to become a member of Chelsea, but the blues must first of all sell Nicolas Jackson or Christopher Nunku.

The goal of United is to get the maximum amount of money for Garnacho for PSR purposes.

Chelsea still expects to complete a deal for Garnacho, because they are the only club that the 21-year-old wants to be.

Garnacho has been omitted from the MatchDay team for the opening of two games of the Premier League season of United.

He has made 144 performances for United and scored 26 goals, while offering 22 assists.

Chelsea is again very active on the transfer market this summer, with Joao Pedro, Jorrel Hato, Estevao, Jamie Gittens and Liam Delap among the players to arrive at the club.
