The game came with both parties who currently stand very different fortunes as Arsenal Challenge for the title and United dealing with fan protests and closer to the relegation than the top.

Neither of the parties was able to find a winner with the result much more harmful to the Arsenal season than that of Man United.
The Gunners remain 15 points behind the League Liverpool, while the Red Devils climb to the 14th above Everton.
Gabriel Martinelli shot from Yards to get a potential winner, but his blush was saved when the flag rose.
