Man Utd fans baffled by Fred’s reaction to team-mate having object thrown at him

Manchester United fans were left by Fred's reaction to his Fenerbahce teammate with an object thrown at him.

Anderson Talisca was pelted by a bottle in the first half of Fenerbahce's trip to Alanyaspor after double the lead of the super lying side.

The bottle leaked through the back of the neck of the Brazilian.

Talisca, who came to the club during the January transfer window, immediately went down after he was struck by the rocket.

And Fred, bizarre, brought the exchange Alanyaspor fans by waving his arms up and down before he hit his chest.

Images of his weird reaction to his countryman who was beaten, spread as a natural fire on social media and quickly came to the attention of Red Devils fans.

One wrote on X: “Look how Fred responds.”

Another said, “Just a chill guy. The fans cheering.”

And another said, “Pastor Fred would never see that.”

They noticed: “Why is he laughing?”

Another chimed in: “That's a violation.”

Fred left Manchester United for Fenerbahce in the summer of 2023 after a five -year stay in Old Trafford.

He made 213 performances for the club, scored 14 goals and achieved 18 assists.

The midfielder currently has seven goals and 12 assists in 64 Fenerbahce performances to his name.

He still has to win silverware with the Turkish giants, who are managed by his former United Gaffer Jose Mourinho.
