Man Utd issue Antony transfer ultimatum to force exit before window ends

Manchester United uses a solid approach to the future of Antony in the club after he was disappointed about the random Brazilian wing player who insists on a transfer to Real Betis

Manchester United has published a Wilsea wing player Antony, an ultimatum while the star tries to secure a switch to Real Betis. The Red Devils have demanded the Brazilian winger to accept a transfer offer this week or to run the risk of staying on the sidelines at Old Trafford until January.

Antony spent the second half of last season on loan with Betis and enjoyed his enchantment with the club. The La Liga side wants to see the former Ajax -Aas return to the club, but wants to hold to the last moments of the transfer window to close a deal with United for a loan with option or obligation to buy.

But Old Trafford bosses want to seal an exit, according to reports in Spain, and have already received offers that they consider financially suitable and do not want to regard Betis as their only option.

It is said that the dialogue is not 'fluent' with United reportedly angry about the attitude of Antony. A complicating factor is that every loan agreement requires that Antony signed a new deal in the eyes of United with his current contract in 2027.

Antony remains one of a number of stars that trains away from Amorim's first team team. The wing player, Jadon Sancho, Tyrell Malacia and Alejandro Garnacho are all looking for new teams with transfers that best serve players and club.

That said, Amorim has made it clear that United will not be forced to accept conditions that they do not believe that their players. If transfers are not complete, they just have to return to the fold.

“Some players have to find a new place to have room in the team. Other players show that they want a new challenge and a new team,” Amorim said earlier in the summer.

“We only let these players think and decide. If they reach a point where they should come to the team, they will participate because they are our players.

“I am sure that Omar (Barrada, CEO) and Jason (Wilcox, director of football) and the club have a number (price) for these players. If they don't achieve that, they will be Manchester United players, undoubtedly there. I understand that other clubs might wait at the last minute, but they can have a surprise.

“I am ready to receive the players. They have more competition. If they want to play in the World Cup, they have to play. I am happy with that because I have more options. If they have to fight each other to play, it is perfect for me.”
