Man Utd may be stuck with Antony as Real Betis chief outlines transfer needs

Antony enjoys life at Real Betis, but the La Liga club trusts European qualification before it is considered whether the Brazilian loan from Manchester United should become permanent

Real Betis Sporting Director Manu Fajardo has said that their hope for signing Antony on a permanent deal of Manchester United this summer can depend on the qualification for the Champions League. The Brazilian attacker has made a rapid impact for the Seville club while haunting them a top five finish in La Liga -after they had not offered positive points during his time at Old Trafford after arrival at an eye -Swatery £ 85 million deal in 2022.
