Manchester United has a decision to make their goalkeeper department with Andre Onana who is confronted with an uncertain future, but one deal has already been confirmed by the Red Devils
Goalkeeper of Manchester United Radek Vitek has signed a new contract with the Red Devils before he completed a loan movement to Bristol City. The 21-year-old is a product from the club's academy and is regularly offered opportunities to train with the first team of Carrington.
But instead of participating in the side on their tour for the season, Vitek wrote a new deal until the summer of 2028 and immediately moved to Championship Side Bristol City on a seasonal loan. The Czech Republic of Youth International has previously had spells on loan with AcCR andTe Stanley and the Austrian side Blau-Weiß Linz.
After completing his move to Ashton Gate, VÃtek said: “I am really enthusiastic, for me the championship is a new level. More games are a big positive for me and I can't wait to get to know all the players and employees better.”
Vitek will now hope to earn more experience with Tipped for Big Things by Academy Lead -goalkeeper -Coach Tommy Lee. He said: “Radek did a great job in Austria.
“He became an injury early on, but recovered extremely well and played really well. He has a really good experience there. I think we often use Radek as an example for some of the younger keepers in the academy.
“He is a player who maximizes every part of the program to ensure that he is the best he can be. Nutrition, gym, analysis. He is the perfect professional and that I believe will bring him to the highest level.
“He is a talented boy and that must be said. He is 6ft 6ins and that always helps! For the other boys, their challenge is to be as good as Radek and everything he does and more. He is a great example of someone who does that.”
The departure of Vitek comes in the midst of uncertainty within the goalkeeper ranks at Old Trafford. The current number one of the future of Andre Onana is in the air after a difficult few campaigns during his time at United.

The side of Ruben Amorim is linked to a large number of potential replacements, including Aston Villa star Emi Martinez. United has already submitted a loan bid for the World Cup winner 2022, but that was rejected by the Midlands side.
Senne Lammens or Royal Antwerp has also emerged as a potential option for United, although a much less experienced option would be than Martinez.
