Alejandro Garnacho is ready to leave Manchester United this summer and there have been new claims that collisions with head coach Ruben Amorim are due
Alejandro Garnacho has been told that he has to concentrate more on his football and less on a fight with his manager. The 20-year-old seems to be leaving Manchester United this summer after he has been informed that he is free to find a new club.
Speculation about the future of the winger was raised because at the end of this season he was deemed to have fallen with the united head coach Ruben Amorim. An offer of £ 40 million was made for the Argentinian by Napoli in January, but quickly rejected by the Premier League Giants.
However, it is assumed that a sum of approximately £ 70 million would seal its departure. While Garnacho is approaching the exit door of Old Trafford, the former striker of Liverpool Dean Saunders claimed that a row over tactics was the fault of his bust with Amorim.
The ex-wolves and Wrexham criticized the player's actions, even though he praised him for his passionate displays. Saunders said on Talksport: “I like him as a player.
“He plays with his heart on his sleeve, and there is a load of those who are not at Man United. But from a good source I heard that he is fighting with the manager on the training pitch about tactics. How old is he, 20? Just continue with it.”
Amorim has already started reforming his united team this summer after the arrival of Matheus Cunha for £ 62.5 million. Bryan Mbeumo is also expected to participate in Brentford, despite Thomas Frank's interest in taking the winger to Tottenham.
Saunders has warns United that signing players with the right mentality will be crucial in the transfer window. It follows that Amorim is unable to fail this season with both Garnacho and Marcus Rashford.
He said: “Man United has drawn bad characters and you have to start signing good characters. Forget the talent.
“It is clear that you must have a certain amount to play at the level where you are, but they must concentrate on signing good characters, because they are currently shabby.”
It is said that Garnacho himself has pronounced a preference to stay in the UK if he is moving this summer. Chelsea belongs to the teams that are most difficult with an attempt to sign him, while Arsenal and Aston Villa are also supposed to have shown interest.
His old club Atletico Madrid is also associated with him, together with Bayer Leverkusen after the appointment of Erik ten Hag as a manager. All reimbursement received for Garnacho would represent a pure profit for United, because he is considered a homegrown player.
