Manchester United has to do work on the transfer market and keep talking to Brentford about a deal for Forward Bryan Mbeumo while Ruben Amorim hopes to strengthen his team
The summer of Manchester United started with a bang when they signed Matheus Cunha in a £ 62.5 million deal. The Brazilian was secured at Wolves in June and has now even started training for the season under Ruben Amorim.
But while Cunha has many new teammates to meet, there is only one in the same position as he. The only other player who is added to the first team fold is Diego Leon.
United has rejected two bids for Bryan Mbeumo and deals have become difficult to find. The Red Devils have also not been able to supplement their money, with Antony, Marcus Rashford, Tyrell Malacia, Jadon Sancho and Alejandro Garnacho all still in the club instead of sold.
Amorim hoped to have a lot of his team set up on time for the pre-season tour of United. That deadline is now opposed to every prospect of a new signing and probably seems to be paid at the moment.
Mirror Football takes a look at the latest news and rumors of United Transfer around Old Trafford.
