Rashford gets an exit blow
Marcus Rashford has been dealt a major blow to his hopes of leaving Manchester United this month. The forward has been linked with a move to AC Milan as he looks to restart his career.
But his move to San Siro has been stalled due to the percentage of wages United are demanding. According to The Times, Milan are expected to refuse to pay more than half of Rashford's £325,000 weekly salary.
Their highest earner, Alvaro Morata, currently earns £150,000 a week and they are unwilling to break their wage structure. Rashford is said to prefer a move to La Liga giants Barcelona, although their financial situation makes a move unlikely.
United eye Napoli star
With Marcus Rashford on his way out, United have started looking for a replacement. It appears they have come across Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who is heading into the final two years of his contract.
According to L'Equipe, the Red Devils are ready to compete with Paris Saint-Germain for Kvaratskhelia's signature. It is claimed that 'concrete contacts' have developed between United and the 23-year-old.
Napoli would not be against a sale of the Georgian international, although his value is likely to be high. That appears to make a January deal difficult, even though a swap deal involving Rashford has already been put on the market.
Casemiro heads towards the exit
Casemiro is nearing a move to Saudi Arabia, although his exact destination is unknown at this time. The experienced midfielder has struggled this season and United are now ready to make a move for him.
According to Os Donos da Bola, Casemiro is already 'packing his bags', with the Saudi Public Investment Fund, which owns several of the country's teams, having 'practically' closed the deal.
At the moment, Al Nassr appears to be the frontrunner to officially sign him. Cristiano Ronaldo is believed to be keen to reunite with his old Real Madrid teammate as he nears the end of his contract with Nassr.
