Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford won’t join AS Monaco

AS Monaco was looking for a centre-forward in January after a serious injury to Folarin Balogun. The former Arsenal striker is expected to be sidelined until April after undergoing surgery on a shoulder injury, which he initially suffered in early October but suffered in late November.

Although Monaco are looking to strengthen in this sector of the pitch, Manchester United's Marcus Rashford (27) is not being considered, Get French Football News understands. The Telegraph reported interest from the Principality club on Friday. The England international is out of favor at his formative club and is looking for a new club. He has been strongly linked with a move to Serie A.

With former Arsenal striker Mika Biereth on the verge of joining from Sturm Graz in a deal that could rise to €15 million, Rashford's arrival is not a topic in Monaco.
