Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea are expected to fight it this summer for new attackers.
They may not all agree on the best candidate, but these four clubs also seem to be looking at some of the same players who are expected to be on the coming transfer market.
They include Viktor Gyokeres, Alexander Isak, Benjamin Sesko, Victor Osimhen and Randal Kolo Muani – similar players in terms of their profiles, although not identical, and all in the same price bracket.
Then there are strikers such as Liam Delap, Jonathan David and Matheus Cunha to seriously think about further in the market, but with pockets with power and the potential to improve teams.
Sky Sports takes the types of strikers in more detail on these clubs that focus for the following season and that may fit the bill, in a market of large demand but not much supply, especially at the highest level.
The Spits Man Utd wants this summer
Ideally, £ 72 million Rasmus Hojlund would rediscover his scoring touch and lead the line for United next season, but although he is still looking for form under Ruben Amorim, the club looks at new pointed options for the summer.
The most important name in the frame was Viktor Gyokeres because the Swede flourished under Amorim during sport, and the Portuguese manager had promised to poach none of his former sports players to the least this summer.
