Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has emerged according to a report as a potential target for European giant.
Rashford, 27, was banned in Old Trafford, last to play for the Red Devils in December and he was lent to Aston Villa for the second half of the season.
The attacker was impressed in Villa Park, scored four goals and added six assists in 17 performances in all competitions, but his future stays in the air and he is not in the plans of Ruben Amorim.
The contract of the 27-year-old, as a result of which he earns £ 315,000 a week, runs until 2028, and his wage can prove to be a stumbling block for every transfer.
As reported by The Manchester Evening Standard, United is preparing for the prospect of lending Rashford for the entire next season.
The outlet also reports that Inter Milan informed the English international earlier this month – but they would only consider a loan agreement.
Rashford, which is appreciated at £ 40 million, is expected by high officials of the United States to move abroad this summer.
He has no move to another Premier League club, but is reluctant to move to London.
Mail Sport has previously reported how Rashford's Dream Movement is to become a member of Barcelona and his agent met Deco last month, the sports director of the Catalan giants, but no transfer was subsequently materialized.
Barcelona now comes instead after signing the Nico Williams of Athletic Club who has agreed personal conditions with the winger.
Every money that United earns from a potential Rashford sales would count as pure profit in their PSR calculations.
Rashford is supposed to want to play in the Champions League, because the 62-Cap England International wants to win in Thomas Tuchel's World Cup team next summer.
Rashford was called by Tuchel in March, but he was absent in this month's internationals after missing the last period of the season due to a hamstring injury.
