Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford seems to be heading for a divorce from the Red Devils sooner or later. The England international has lost importance at Old Trafford and it looks like he will be on the move.
According to Sport, Rashford has made it perfectly clear that Barcelona is one of the teams where he wants to continue his career. In turn, the Blaugrana have had an interest in Rashford in the past and still believe in his ability, but have made it equally transparent that even with the pulling of the last economic lever, his €18 million annual salary is not sustainable for them.
With Barcelona looking to improve their attacking line, Rashford could be a marriage of convenience until the end of the season, but there appears to be a significant difference in their financial reality. That would also require United to agree to a loan, and AC Milan have already been in contact with them over a potential move, with Barcelona dealing with the implications of the signings of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor.
