Olympique de Marseille, in third place in Ligue 1, visits Will Still's RC Lens at Stade Bollaert-Delelis this Saturday at 5pm CET. Roberto De Zerbi's Phocéens need to bounce back from their shock 3-1 home defeat to promoted side Auxerre before the international break. Marseille also has to close the gap with second-placed Monaco, which won at home against Brest on Friday.
The Italian manager has plenty of options against Will Still's RC Lens. Center back Derek Cornelius, full-back Pol Lirola and midfielder Amine Harit are the only absentees, while Lilian Brassier has been dropped from the matchday squad by De Zerbi after a series of poor performances at the back.
At the other end of the pitch, the former Brighton and Hove Albion manager is spoiled for choice. He is expected to field a trio of strikers accustomed to English football, with Mason Greenwood, Neal Maupay and Jonathan Rowe ready to take charge. Former Lens striker Elye Wahi drops to the bench.
Geronimo Rulli; Michael Murillo, Leonardo Balerdi, Geoffrey Kondogbia, Quentin Merlin; Adrien Rabiot, Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg, Valentin Rongier; Mason Greenwood, Neal Maupay, Jonathan Rowe. (L'Eq)
