A new addition to the Olympique de Marseille -Middenveld on the winter transfer window is not the end of the line for Valentin Rongier (30).

L'Equipe reports that the sports director of the club, Medhi Benatia, the former Nantes player would see a little longer in Marseille.

Rongier joined Marseille on 3 September 2019 with a five -year contract. His current deal will expire in June 2026.
