UFC star Max Holloway was shocked to find out that Fight of the Night Record Holder will compete on the UFC 319 -Prelims this Saturday.
This Saturday, the Premier Promotion will return to Chicago for the first time since 2019, when Dricus du Plessis defends his middleweight title against Khamzat Chimaev in the UFC 319 Main Event.
Du Plessis vs Chimaev is one of the most expected battles of the year so far and has been in the making for more than a year, because 'Stillnocks' has called after defeating Israel Adesanya on UFC 305.
In addition to the main event, there are several other stacked fights on the map, including the Co-Main event between Lerone Murphy and Aaron Pico, who will probably be a number one contender fight.
However, there is a fight against the prelims that go somewhat under the radar because of its placement, which has shocked the current BMF champion Max Holloway.

Holloway shocked to find out that Edson Barboza will compete on the UFC 319 Prelims
Only four fights in the map, Fight of the Night Record holder Edson Barboza will compete against Drakkar Klose in which guarantees that it is an incredible collision.
'Junior' Barboza comes from the back of a loss for the aforementioned Murphy and will want to return to the Win column with a different big win.
Despite his exciting fighting style and a favorite among the fans, Barboza will be in the early Prelims section of the event, which has come as a shock.
“What! Edson Barboza on the early prelims? Holy s -, they are doing my husband wrong, that should be a nice fight, if Edson is in shape, this should be a pretty nice fight for him, but Klose is a dog man. I can't believe that Edson is on the early prelims,” said Holloway in his recent YouTube.
Holloway predicts the main event between Du Plessis and Chimaev
The middleweight main event is one of the most difficult fights to predict among pros and fans who consider the fighting styles of both hunters.
And Holloway is also another hunter who is divided over who he believes that will come from the windy city with the title of 185 pounds.
“The Degen gokker in me would go du plessis, but my mind goes with Chimaev … The whole thing with Chimaev, and I really try to know if his cardio is there,” said Holloway.
