After the last pre-Vecht Promo played at the UFC Apex for the main event of UFC Vegas 107, Blanchfield and Barber did not immediately walk to the Octagon, which was very confused for UFC viewers and live spectators. Chaos followed when the UFC Vegas 107 broadcasting team tried to find out what was going on.
Then it was revealed that Barber was a medical issue in the dressing room when she and her team were ready to walk away for the Blanchfield fight. The fight was immediately canceled and UFC Vegas 107 ended without the Headliner match flowering.

It was one of the most bizarre purposes for a UFC event in the recent history of the promotion, and Barber was quickly taken to a local hospital after she reportedly had an attack. In the meantime, Blanchfield was not easy to do Barber in her immediate response to the cancellation of the match, just a few hours after she predicted that Barber would withdraw from the fight.
Barber, almost 24 hours since the shocking events at UFC Vegas 107, went to social media to keep her fans informed of her health and to tackle the critical comments of Blanchfield.
In a recent Instagram post, Barber gave its first public comments since UFC Vegas 107.
“Not what I had planned for a Sunday post,” Barber started.
“Thank you to everyone for the prayers and support. I owe an apology [the UFC, Mick Maynard, Dana White, Sean Shelby] And in Blanchfield.
“PS my life is not messy, this is just a bad hand. We will sort this out and come back.”
Barber's last message referred to Blanchfield's claims that her 'all life is a mess' because she has destroyed her planned rival for 'super unprofessional' behavior. Only a few hours before Barber withdrew from UFC Vegas 107, she missed for the first time in her UFC career with 1.5 pounds.
Blanchfield denied an immediate relocation of the hairdressing fight after UFC Vegas 107, so that Barber was encouraged to pursue a full -time move to Bantam weight. But after Barber's first comments after UFC Vegas 107, it seems that she has no plans to make drastic changes to her fighting career.

Barber's fear of health was far from the only strange moment of UFC Vegas 107 Fight Week. Various hunters missed the weight, including flying weight Allan Nascimento, which beat Jafel Filho on Saturday evening.
A planned good weight collision between Andreas Gustafsson and Trevin Giles was canceled after Giles sustained an alleged head injury while the weight was cut. Gustafsson will be confronted in Newark this Saturday opposite Khaos Williams on UFC 316.
Barber would appear in her first fight since a victory over former title -Updager Katlyn Cerminara on UFC 299.
