The international attacker of Portugal is a confirmed target for Aston Villa, where sport chef Monchi spoke the prospect of a deal on Spanish radio last week.
However, La Gazzetta Dello Sport says that Mendes has an offer from AC Milan and that Chelsea encourages Felix to make the deadline of the winter market tonight.
Milan is insisting on a free loan for Felix, without any fee or obligation to buy a clause. They also want Chelsea to pay a percentage of the player's wage for the rest of the season.
As such, instead of doing things at a distance, today, Mendes hopes to reach an agreement with Chelsea in face-to-face negotiations.
