Merab Dvalishvili apologizes to Cory Sandhagen as he shares his fate for UFC 320 title fight

Merab Dvalishvili wants to do something that has no other UFC hunter.

This year, the UFC Bantamweight Championship is on the third time at UFC 320 on 4 October in Las Vegas.

After defending the title against Umar Nurmagomedov and Sean O'Malley, Champ Merab Dvalishvili returns to the Co-Main event against top candidate Cory Sandhagen.

Dvalishvili is currently running on a 13-Fight win-streak and is well on its way to becoming the largest bantam weight of all time, if he is not yet.

Known for his decision winning, Cardio King Dvalishvili showed new steps in his game when he submitted his last time -out in UFC 316 in June.

'The Machine' will look to have the finishes come while he provides a daring prediction for his coming fight with Sandhagen.

Merab Dvalishvili 'Sorry' against Ko Cory Sandhagen on UFC 320

Former interim-title finer Sandhagen is never eliminated in his 23-Vecht career.

Dvalishvili wants to change that in October.

“The next time looking for De Ko,” Dvalishvili teased on social media.

Dvalishvili placed new images of him that hit pads and worked on his striking.

“We're going to disable Cory Sandhagen,” Dvalishvili told the camera.

“Sorry Cory, you go to sleep, honey,” Dvalishvili apologized to his upcoming opponent.

11 of the 13 of the UFC victories of Dvalishvili have ended in decision. Dvalishvili has not won by knockout since a ground and pound of TKO about Marlon Moraes in 2021.

As a hunter, Sandhagen is known for its striking skills and fights the IQ. Sandhagen is considered one of the best tactics in not only the Bantam weight division, but the entire UFC grid. The 33-year-old is extremely well completed and also has a decent chin.

Cory Sandhagen is only ready once in his career

Sandhagen has a winning record of 11-4 in the UFC.

The UFC veteran has won four of his last five fights, with his last loss to Umar Nurmagomedov through a decision of the five round.

The only other fights that Sandhagen has a lot in the UFC were against former champions TJ Dillashaw, Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling.

Sandhagen fought to close decisions against Dillashaw and Yan, but unfortunately he suffered his first and loss of submission in 2020 by Sterling, who is the old training partner of Dvalishvili.

Sterling was able to tap Sandhagen with a followed choke in less than 90 seconds of the opening round.

In addition, Sandhagen has never stopped in his career.
