Merab Dvalishvili will not entertain Rematch with Umar Nurmagomedov yet.
The UFC Bantamweight Champion stood for one of its heaviest challenges so far in the form of an unbeaten Umar Nurmagomedov on UFC 311 in January.
Cousin of the legendary lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, the Bantamweight Nurmagomedov took the first two rounds against Dvalishvili in their long -awaited matchup.
Dvalishvili conquered a strong start to win the championship rounds against Nurmagomedov and retained his title in a meticulous decision.
Nurmagomedov had a relatively fast run to the title and received a title shot of one ranked victory.
Nurmagomedov comes from his first pro loss and shoots a rematch with the Georgian champion. Dvalishvili says that Nurmagomedov has some work to do before that happens.

After submitting Sean O'Malley to UFC 316, DvalishHvili locked up on #4-ranged competitor Cory Sandhagen as his next title-final.
On Friday, in the future, Dvalishvili was asked about a possible rematch with Nurmagomedov.
“Umar has to fight another one,” said Dvalishvili on a UFC Baku Q&A (via Red Corner MMA).
“Or maybe two …
“Maybe three more,” the champion added.
“We'll see.”
“When UFC will give him a title fight, I am here,” said Dvalishvili.

Dana White Name Drupt Umar Nurmagomedov on UFC 316
Although he has to make his way back to a title fight, UFC CEO Dana White Nurmagomedov sees as an 'interesting' matchup for Dvalishvili, which could very well be the largest bantam weight in the UFC history.
The Dvalishvili champion is currently running on a 13-Fight win-streak with six of those victories over former world champions.
“He is there,” White said that Dvalishvili was the Bantamweight goat.
“He will continue to pick him up, I'm sure.
“Umar Rematch is interesting [for Dvalishvili]”Said White.
“It makes your estate even better if you walk through everyone twice.”
