
UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping played matchmaker for Leon Edwards after the defeat of the UFC London of the former champion.
Former UFC champion Welterweight Leon Edwards against the struggles against at a high level of grapplers on Saturday in London. For the first time in his career, Edwards lost successive fighting after he had fallen to Sean Brady in the UFC London Headliner.
Edwards entered UFC London in the hope of obtaining a potential rematch against Belal Muhammad after losing the belt at UFC 304 in July. Muhammad will be confronted against Jack della Maddalena on UFC 315, and Brady is now a top name to pay attention to the winner after his performance.
To return to the Welterweight title mix, Edwards will probably have to earn at least two wins before he makes a case for a title shot. Fortunately, the Welterweight Division is full of intriguing names and stars to fight Edwards soon.

Michael Bisping Matchmakes 'Fun Fight' for Leon Edwards Na UFC London
UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping knows a few things about the recovery of negative scenarios. On the way to the UFC Middleweight Championship, Bisping suffered various setbacks, but confirmed himself as a legend because of his ruthless striving for greatness.
Bisping believes that Edwards has some personal growth after UFC London, but believes that a confrontation with a rising good weight would be the perfect scenario for his next fight.
In a recent message to X, Bisping presented a big name for the next UFC booking from Edwards.
“I would like to see him against a striker so that he can fight,” said Bisping about Edwards. “Ian Garry is very logical if you ask me.”
In December Ian Machado Garry suffered his first career against Shavkat Rakhmonov on UFC 310. Garry is furious with the good weight of the UFC title fights, and believes that he earned the call to oppose Muhammad, despite the fact that he came out of a loss.
Garry and Edwards were previously in their career teammates for a messy separation between Garry and the gym. Garry entered UFC London and believed that he deserved to walk to Edwards in the ranking after his recent loss came in the short term.

While Edwards reflects on his next step, he continues to feel the wrath of Brady's trolls after UFC London. Brady imitated Edwards 'Headshot Dead' name in a post-fight Social Mediapost and accused Edwards and his team of unsporting behavior during a recent interview with Ariel Helwani.
Brady felt overlooked by Edwards, fans and experts who enter UFC London. But after his career-best version, Brady is correct on the door of a title shot, depending on the return time line of Rakhmonov due to injury.
In the meantime, Edwards has still not tackled publicly after UFC London and will want to jump back later this year. According to Bisping, a victory over a top candidate like Garry would be enough to bring him back to the title interview of Welterweight.
