Mikel Arteta has issued a rally cry to the Arsenal fan base while the Gunners continue to chase the Premier League Glory after a third consecutive year
Mikel Arteta insists that Arsenal must remain “the dream case” after missing the Premier League again. The club ended second with a victory at the weekend, but had long knew they would get the top position.
It is the third year on the trot that the Noord -Londers are second in the title fight – this time lost to Liverpool. Arteta is the man who wants to deliver the title and end the Trophy -dried of the club, who dates from the FA Cup in 2020.
This has been the furthest Arsenal of the champions who had previously closed Manchester City in each of the last two seasons. The club continued to invest in an attempt to reach the top of English football again.
Arteta has remained challenging and has been able to circumvent the club's fortune since his appointment in 2019 – without taking the last step. Next year a new chance will offer the Arsenal -Baas his newest rally cry.
He said to the club's fan base: “We had a dream, it was to be here or in a week and to bring the big trophies for you and we could not do it for many circumstances. We have to make sure that haunting a dream does not become blurred and ensure that we chase the dream with positivity and enthusiasm for the next season.
“We have to start creating our own history here in this stadium and we started this season. There is much more to come and it will not be easy. These players have the talent. We have to rest and end on Southampton and then go on vacation. Every other club in this position would end up in a position that we can't even dream of.”
The Spaniard called the “many circumstances” that Arsenal have seen the Premier League trophy miss, which they have not won since 2004. He has not been shy anymore for some things that his team had not left the way.
Injuries have stretched their attacking agents with people like Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz both sucked off for months. The Gunners have also been on the receiving side of a few controversial red cards, a number of which cost them.
“Red cards and injuries, certainly, but without that we don't know what would have happened,” he said. “Would we have been much closer? For me the answer is without question, yes. Because of what we have produced and the versions we had.”
