MO SALAH called out Jamie Carragher after the Liverpool legend urged him to “take a leaf out of Virgil van Dijk's book.”
The incident occurred during Salah's breach of contract with his club.
The Egyptian ace's contract expires at the end of the season.
And Liverpool are yet to agree an extension amid ties with Saudi Arabia.
Salah himself has already stated that he is nearing the end of his stay at Anfield.
Yet he is not the only Liverpool star facing a possible free transfer.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is reportedly on the verge of joining Spanish side Real Madrid.
While Virgil van Dijk is also being queued up by various European parties.
But Carragher believes the latter has shown a touch of class by refusing to talk about the situation.
And he urged Salah to follow his captain's example after the striker posted another cryptic message containing a photo of himself with Van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold.

Carragher said on Sky Sports: “Ooh, I don't know. You know what I would say. I would say that Van Dijk has come out of this whole situation with a higher rating this season as captain of the club.
“In the way he behaved, in the way he performed on the field. In the way he led the team.
“Like he was yesterday and he's not involved too much. It's clearly a very important time for all three players.
“But I think instead of talking about Trent Alexander-Arnold or Mo Salah, I probably want to pay tribute to Virgil van Dijk.
'I think he comes across as a true statesman. I think about the way he handles it. He's been asked questions and he hasn't gone away, he's here to win the league and he's doing his best for Liverpool. And fingers crossed he signs.
“But I think maybe the other two could look at Virgil van Dijk and take a leaf out of his book.”
Carragher's comments prompted a response from Salah on social media.
He said, “I'm starting to think you're obsessed with me.”
Carragher quickly replied, “I've always been obsessed with you. Hopefully that obsession will continue next season.”
Fans responded to the online exchange, saying: “There is no way Salah made this tweet.”
Another stated: “Did NOT expect that.”
One commented: “Stay focused on the football.”
Another said: “I thought this was fake but it's real!”
