Mohamed Salah has put his heart to conquer Europe next season – and the world. The Egyptian king Salah looks at the balloon d'Or while he seems to break more records after he has helped Liverpool run away with the Premier League title.
Salah, 32, is already 46 goals and assists in a Premier League season – only one behind the joint record holders Andy Cole and Alan Shearer – and wants to follow that by focusing on Champions League Glory next season.
Liverpool Superstar Salah said: “So next year I will again break the records! As a team, winning the Premier League again, but now our priority will be more the Champions League, but winning the Premier League would be so special.
“Just win the Premier League and the Champions League again. Hopefully more prizes and records.
“It all comes together when the team wins things, such as trophies, then it is easier to win.”
Salah hopes that his individual success with goals and assists who helped Liverpool to beat the Premier League, will also help him win the Ballon d'Or for the first time and to be recognized as the best in the world.
The Liverpool Superstar is one of the favorites such as Barcelona -Superster Raphinha and Salah says that it would be special for his fans on Merseyside and in Egypt.
When asked if he wants to get hold of the trophy, Salah added: “Hopefully, yes.
“I would say that I have never had such a season and have won big, big trophies, so this is my best chance to win it while I am in the club because it is a crazy year, a crazy season with trophies and it means there is a chance.
“It would mean a lot to me and the people to win it. But again, I have had a great season and if it comes, then it will come if not, then it is not in my hands.
“I did my best during the season, winning the Premier League was such an incredible season with those figures and the assists, hopefully it will help, but we will see.”
