Liverpool remains interested in a deal for Newcastle striker Alexander Isak and Mo Salah has left fans in no doubt what he thinks about possibly connecting with the Swedish attacker
Mo Salah has hinted that he believes that Alexander Isak is one of the best players in the Premier League in the midst of Left with Liverpool. The Newcastle attacker will be the target of the Reds prior to the transfer deadline of next month.
The ruling champions have already had an offer of more than £ 100 million rejected by the Magpies. Isak has submitted a transfer request and continues to train from his teammates in Newcastle who did not go on their tour for the season.

Eddie Howe offered an update about the striker and said: “We have had discussions and it is clear when we can't involve him in the group. I don't know how long that will take. It is clear that I cannot involve him at the moment.
“He trains later than the rest of the team. There have been discussions since the Tour. I don't think disciplinary action happened.

Asked if Isak could play in the Premier League opener on his side vs Aston Villa, Howe replied: “I want Alex to play today. I want him to train tomorrow. We want the player to be with us, let me make that absolutely clear.
“There is no part of me that that result does not want. But I don't see the current situation changing for Aston Villa.”
