The 46 target involvement means that he has broken the record for most contributions in a 38-game season and was held a way of the leading count together by Alan Shearer and Andy Cole, who set 47 in a campaign of 42 games.
This season, Salah has moved his Liverpool goal to 244, making him fourth on the list of the club of all time.
He is in fifth place on the all-time Premier League list with 185 goals.
Leading both the goals and the assists leaders, Salah could be the first player to win the Golden Boot, Playmaker and Player of the Season Awards in one campaign.
