Denis Zakaria has recovered from an illness, while Wilfried Singo has recovered from a minor back injury that forced him to miss Friday's defeat to Montpellier HSC. Both are expected to start on Tuesday evening when AS Monaco host Aston Villa in the UEFA Champions League.
Adi Hütter has few or no choices up front. Breel Embolo will definitely start. Folarin Balogun is not expected to return from his shoulder injury until March at the earliest, George Ilenikhena is out for several weeks, perhaps a month, and Mika Biereth, signed from Sturm Graz earlier in the transfer window, is ineligible.
Christian Mawissa has also recovered from injury and he could be slotted straight into Monaco's starting line-up as they look to secure their progression to the next stage of the Champions League.
Radoslaw Majecki; Christian Mawissa, Thilo Kehrer, Wilfried Singo, Vanderson; Denis Zakaria, Lamine Camara; Eliesse Ben Seghir, Aleksandr Golovin, Maghnes Akliouche; Breel Embolo.
