Luis Enrique said that his Paris Saint-Germain players remain motivated, the key will be to become the first team that is unbeaten in a single Ligue 1 season.
PSG took their 13th top-flight title at the beginning of April and beat Angers 1-0 and they have since booked their place in the semi-final of the Champions League.
The Parisiens have already won the DES champions, while they also reached the final of the Coupe de France, where they are confronted with Reims.
Although their focus is on lifting their first Champions League trophy, with Arsenal on the next four, the competition still has a lot to offer for the Luis Enrique team.
Not a single side in the history of the competition was once a complete campaign, with PSG only five games removed from becoming the first to ever achieve the performance.
They travel to the Stade de la Beaujoire to be confronted by relegation-threatened Nantes on Tuesday.
“We are very motivated because we can set a record of the European team in the Big Five Leagues with the longest unbeaten run away from home,” said Luis Enrique.
“We are really motivated because we want our undefeated title. Regarding the situation in the table, Nantes are also fully motivated, so we know how difficult it is.”
Luis Enrique was able to rotate his team for their 2-1 victory over Le Havre on Saturday, making nine changes of their Champions League second leg loss to Aston Villa.
However, the Spaniard suggested that some of his players have the time to rest and restore is what the key is to their success in the field this period.
“Without a doubt that is the challenge we are currently confronted with and that is the challenge for coaches,” the manager said.
“Because it can be difficult to motivate everyone, especially those who are less involved, but I feel very happy because my players respond in the best possible way and hand in performances at the highest level.
“I wish they all get more playing time, but it's hard to do that, because to do that, I have to stop players at a high level to play.”
“You have to manage the physical and emotional workload.
“That applies to teams that are very exposed and play every three days, so it can be difficult to have days off free and if you give a player a day off, it is crucial.
“I think we are one of the teams with the longest Christmas holidays. We had 10 days and we released the players for two weeks where we could, and they could make the best of it.”
