Mudryk ‘dumped by model’ as she ‘jets off on romantic getaway with McKennie’

CHELSEA star Mykhailo Mudryk has suffered more pain on top of his doping ban.

The Ukraine international has reportedly been “dumped” by a Russian model.

The 24-year-old Mudryk is currently out of action after being hit with a provisional suspension after returning a positive result for an A sample at the end of October.

Mudryk and Chelsea are now awaiting the result of the B sample, which will confirm the original test if it also comes back positive – potentially leading to a FOUR YEAR ban.

The winger has denied all allegations but has not played for the Blues since November.

Life off the pitch also appears to have taken a hit, as lifestyle social media page Game, Set & Match claims he has been dumped by fitness model Violetta Bert.

Mudryk had been linked to Bert in recent months but had not made their relationship public.

And now it is claimed Bert has dumped Mudryk for a romantic getaway with former Premier League star Weston McKennie.

US international McKennie, 26, currently plays his football for Juventus but previously spent six months on loan in the Prem with Leeds United.

McKennie and Bert are said to have jetted off to France for a romantic getaway at the world-famous Courchevel ski resort.

The pair started following each other on social media in October and have been exchanging likes on their posts ever since.

As they both shared photos of their holiday in the French Alps online, McKennie was able to quickly delete his from his account.

It's worth noting that neither McKennie nor Bert appeared in each other's posts, but they did share photos from the same locations.

It is not clear if the couple is currently officially dating.

Bert, who has 779,000 followers on Instagram, also unfollowed Mudryk on Instagram.

Mudryk's heartbreak comes as he waits a long time for a decision on his suspension.

The star has failed to secure his £88m move to Stamford Bridge in 2023 and would go down as a catastrophic takeover if he is ruled out long-term.

After his positive test was initially announced, Mudryk defended himself on Instagram.

He wrote: “I can confirm that I have been informed that a sample I provided to the FA contained a banned substance.

“This came as a complete shock as I have never knowingly used banned substances or broken any rules, and I am working closely with my team to investigate how this could have happened.

“I know I have done nothing wrong and remain hopeful that I will be back on the field soon. I cannot say more now due to the confidentiality of the process, but I will do so as soon as possible.”

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has publicly stated that the club supports the attacker.

He said: “We support and trust Misha. Trust means that we believe Misha.

“We support Misha and then we'll see. We are all sad. Me, the club, the players, we are all there.”
