Muhammad Mokaev believes that an explosive victory at 971 FC gets him the chance to fight against Alexandre Pantoja for the UFC Flyweight World Title.
On June 14, in the Coca Cola Arena in Dubai, VAE, the Brit will return to the cage against Alisher Gabdullin, on a map, with Bellator veterans James Gallagher and Kane Mousah.
During his sparkling time in the amateur and indeed professional game, the gifted mixed martial artist has undoubtedly proven his grasping skills.
But now, with Mokaev who scored a beautiful knockout on Karate Combat 54, the talented athlete proves that he is just as deadly with his hands.

Next month Muhammad Mokaev will fly to the middle -east with the intention of producing an epic display that gives him a chance to return to the UFC.
With fans all over the world desperately finding out who had come at the top between him and Alexandre Pantoja, 'The Punisher' is determined to give them the answers they crave.
In an exclusive interview with Bloody Elbow, he said: “I believe that I just have to do a striking achievement and win through a spectacular finish, and people have already started talking about how to return to the UFC. Of course my dream is to become the best in the world.
“Pantoja is 36 years old, I am 24, I am in my peak. Remember, I hit guys who were at their peak while I was 22. Now I feel much stronger, much better.
“What happened in my career has made me mentally stronger. Now I am ready to fight for the belt.”

Although Mokaev is enthusiastic for the future, he certainly does not look beyond his opponent at 971 FC.
After Gabdullin has conquered one of Europe's top promotions, Gabdullin does not only come to come up with the figures.
Mokaev explained: “I have to show my striking tones. My plan B – struggling – will always be there. Now I have to do the performance that people want to see.
“He is a great opponent. He is an ex-October champion, 15 wins and four defeats, so he is an experienced hunter. I take who comes for me.”
