The club president of Napoli has appeared that manager Antonio Conte leaves only three days after they have led to the Serie A title.
Conte, 55, only joined his current side at the beginning of the 2024-25 season, but seems to be already preparing to continue, according to reports.
For each football Italia, the President Aurelio said the Laurentiis of the Partenopei: “I wish conte constant success in his professional life. Thank you, Antonio. '
The team enjoyed an open-top bus parade on Monday afternoon around the bay of Naples to celebrate their second scudetto in three seasons.
Napoli owed thanks to the former midfielder of Manchester United Scott McTominay while scored an acrobatic attempt to send Conte's men to glory.
A 2-0 win over Cagliari saw them end up closest to the nearest challengers with just one point in what a Titanic title race was.
But Napoli already seems to be preparing for life without Conte based on the comments of the Laurentiis.
He added: 'I have to give this man a sentimental embrace, because he assumed a team that was on the edge of a disaster and together we strengthened it.
“Then he had to do at a certain stage without a star like Kvaratskhelia, he managed to do incidents and injuries with what he had, not one, but four or five different tactical systems.
'He showed the whole world that systems are useless, everything you need is a great knowledge of what football really means.
“So for him who took us completely to win the second scudetto in three years, I ask for an applause, thanks, thanks, thanks!”
In the midst of reports from Conte's potential exit, Napoli are also connected to ex-Juventus manager Max Allegri, who previously took over from Conte in Juventus, immediately after he won Serie A for the old lady.
It also marks the second time that Napoli could say goodbye to a coach, just a few days after he became competition champions, because they did that with Luciano Spalletti in 2023.
