NAPOLI will join the race for Marcus Rashford, Sun Sport can reveal.
The Italian giants are interested in signing the Manchester United and England forward on loan until the end of the season.
Manager Antonio Conte is a great admirer of Rashford.
And the club believe signing him could appease fans angry over Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's reported move to PSG.
Napoli also believe Rashford can provide the firepower to help Napoli, who are four points clear at the top of Serie A, secure a title this season.
A move to Naples would appeal to Rashford, who has told his advisors he is ready for a move to Italy.
AC Milan were expected to sign the player, but reports in Italy claim the deal is on the verge of collapse due to concerns over the player's fitness.
There remains interest from Saudi Arabia but Rashford, who wants to regain his place in the England squad, is said to be not keen on the idea of moving there.
Conte recently spoke about Kvaratskhelia's departure – which has shocked many Napoli fans.
He said: “He asked to sell the club without mincing words.

“This is what was said to me, the player confirmed his decision to me.
“Personally, I am very disappointed, because I spent six months trying to make Kvara feel at the center of the project. I worked with him, showed him that we could do something great and also six months with the club working on the renewal.”
Despite interest from Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain have emerged as the frontrunners to sign him and now the French club appear to be closing in on a deal.
According to reports, a “full verbal agreement” has been reached with Napoli, with personal terms for a contract until 2029 already agreed with the player.
