The former Chelsea defender has been frozen out for the last six games under Milan coach Paulo Fonseca.
La Gazzetta dello Sport is aware of the situation and says that Napoli have approached Milan for Tomori, while Juventus have also expressed interest.
However, if they want to sell, Milan management would prefer not to sell Tomori to a direct rival.
Instead, they would prefer to sell Tomori abroad, raising the prospect of a return to the Premier League. Brighton, West Ham, Wolves and Aston Villa are all interested.
Milan will ask for 20 to 25 million euros to sell Tomori next month.
