Neuer criticises PSG’s Gianluigi Donnarumma following Jamal Musiala injury

Paris Saint-Germain went to the semi-final of the FIFA Club World Cup thanks to a 2-0 win over Bayern Munich in Atlanta. However, the game might be more remembered when the peace of the peace, when Gianluigi Donnarumma collided with Jamal Musiala.

With the clock that tapped, Donnarumma came to collect the ball, go around the back of Musiala and collide with the German International in the process. The seriousness of the injury of the midfielder of the Bayern Munich was immediately clear, in which Donnarumma looked disturbed and emotionally.

Musiala was picked up on a stretcher. He is now ready to be set aside for at least four months with a broken fibula. Bayern Munich feared, just like everyone else, worse.

The opposite song from Donnarumma, Manuel Neuer, has now come out and criticized the Italian. “It was a situation where it was not necessary to intervene like that,” Bayern Munich's keeper started in an interview after the game.

He continued: “He took a risk. He was ready to accept the risk of injuring his opponent. I said to him: 'Do you not want to visit our player? “It's a matter of respect to see him and wish him good luck.

Courtois, however, came to defend the PSG goalkeeper. “Donnarumma blaming, seems excessive to me. Goalkeepers will go for the ball. Insurers will not keep back when they come to us. It is a blow to bad luck. It hurts him more because it is his teammate, but Donnarumma is not responsible,” said the Real Madrid goalkeeper.
