And Bellingham seemed to be shocked when he went to the touchline with Eduardo Camavinga to receive tactical instructions from manager Ancelotti.
The English star first threw his hand up in the air, although it was not clear whether this was a gesture of frustration or he just pointed to Camavinga.
And later he shook his head before he threw his water bottle aside.
Marca claims that the incident took place in the first half when the score was still 0-0.
Their report adds that Ancelotti instructed the players how they could regain control of midfield and the energy of Arsenal to press.
But Bellingham would have a relatively anonymous game in the 3-0 defeat.
In the meantime, it became worse for Camavinga who was sent away after receiving a second booking for kicking the ball in the 93rd minute.
And another Spanish exhaust valve, relevant, claims that Carlo Ancelotti has been “fatally wounded” by the result.
It suggests that unless the Italian can encourage his silk to be a wonderback in the Bernabeu next week, they will probably replace it with Xabi Alonso.
Ancelotti is rather strongly connected to the Brazilian course, but rejected the progress of the Selecao last summer to stay in the Spanish capital.
