Neymar property collection includes £43m penthouse in Dubai, £21m plot in Miami

NEYMAR has built an incredible wealth through playing football.

The Brazilian legend, 32, has amassed a fortune of £270million after a stellar career that has seen him play for esteemed clubs including Barcelona and PSG.

The striker currently stars in Saudi Arabia for Al Hilal, where he reportedly earns £2.5 million a week.

He is housed in a mansion in Riyadh, where he lives an exclusive lifestyle, even though those details are private.

Over the years, Neymar has built up an incredible real estate portfolio.

This includes mansions in Miami, Dubai and an island in Brazil.

Below, take a tour of Neymar's amazing homes, starting with his latest addition.

Dubai, £43 million

Neymar's most expensive purchase to date: he has just bought a £43 million penthouse in the Bugatti skyscraper in Dubai.

Of course there is a private swimming pool with a beautiful view of the city center.

And you no longer have to get out of your car to get to your own country house – thanks to the personal elevators that transport your bikes to your front door.

Developer Binghatti says the setting is “a tribute to the French Riviera.”

They also boast: “Floor-to-ceiling windows flood each home with natural light, supported by high ceilings and open living areas, creating an airy and spacious atmosphere.”

A fitness center and members-only club are also included.

Brazilian island, £7 million

No man is an island, but Neymar now owns one.

It has been reported that he spent £7 million on a two-acre tropical hideaway called the Japao Private Island.

The paradise spot is located near the port city of Angra dos Reis in the southwest of the state of Rio de Janeiro.

It is located in a bay with more than 365 islands and has a beautiful private beach.

The grounds include a large Indonesian-style villa with two master suites, a koi pond and three bungalows with sea views.

Brazilian journalist Leo Dias reported that footballer and renowned Dubai property investor Sheik Muhammad Binghatti paid more than £40,000 to rent the island on a “trial run”.

Celebrities who have stayed on the island in the past include Neymar's ex Bruna Marquezine.

The luxurious hideaway, which can accommodate up to 10 guests, can only be reached by boat or helicopter.

The helicopter ride from Rio de Janeiro International Airport takes approximately 35 minutes.

Miami, £20 million

In October, Neymar parted with a hefty £20 million for a beachfront plot in Miami.

This immediately fueled speculation about a reunion with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, who play football for Inter Miami.

Located in the gated village of Bal Harbour, the offering includes approved plans for a 13,000-square-foot home designed by London-based design firm Elicyon.

Bent Philipson, founder of Philosophy Care, a consulting firm for skilled nursing facilities in New York and New Jersey, is selling the land to the Brazilian, according to property records.

However, it can take some time before a home is built.

Mangaratiba, £3 million

Around 2019, Neymar invested the money in a villa in Mangaratiba, an hour's drive east of Angra dos Reis on the Green Coast.

Built on a two and a half hectare plot, the property is located within the exclusive and gated Portobello estate, where Sylvester Stallone filmed the action film The Expendables.

The lavish digs have six bedrooms, a private helipad, gym, tennis court and jetty.

There are also plenty of other amenities such as a gym, sauna, massage room, spa and jacuzzi.

If that's not enough. there is an underground cellar with space for 3,000 bottles of wine.

But it wasn't enough for a man with Neymar's needs, so he recently expanded the property.

The football playboy has added several swimming pools, because one is never enough.

He also added a custom go-kart track for kicks, as well as an artificial lake.

Neymar is said to spend much of his free time at the property in Rio de Janeiro with family and friends.

Judging by the photos, who can blame him?
