
Nick Diaz is 'healthy and good', according to his old coach, Cesar Gracie.
The older brother of Nate Diaz was supposed to make a long-awaited MMA comeback on UFC 310 in December, but he withdrew from his fight with Vicente Luque, who eventually squared replacement opponent Themba Gorimbo during the last UFC Pay-per-View of 2024.
Just a few days after his fight with Luque was demolished, worrying images went viral, from which he tried to set Nick Diaz on fire. It led to widespread concern about the mental and physical well -being of the iconic hunter.
In January Jake Shields gave an update about the UFC legend. The 46-Vecht MMA veteran refused to announce details about the personal life of Diaz, but he has reassured fans that things are looking up to his old friend.

Cesar Gracie offers a positive update about Nick Diaz
On Monday, the renowned MMA and BJJ coach shared a photo of his Star student on social media.
Gracie added a six -word caption that fans delighted who waited for a new update.
“Nick is healthy and is doing well,” he wrote in addition to what a recent image of Diaz seems to be.
Gracie's message quickly collected thousands of likes and hundreds of reactions from delighted fans.
“That's good to hear,” tweeted a person. While another added: “Great news. What an absolute legend in the fighting game.”
“Happy to hear that,” noted a third fan.
“Makes me really happy to see this. Nick Diaz Army forever,” someone else said.
“Nick One my favorite hunters happy that he is doing well,” wrote this fan.
“That's fantastic news,” said a sixth fan.
Joe Rogan claims that Nick Diaz has changed the game '
Joe Rogan often talks about the world's best hunters on his hugely popular podcast.
In 2020 he explained how Diaz changed the game at the height of his legendary career.
“Nick Diaz changed the game, in terms of his elite cardio,” Rogan told ex-PUC star Josh Thomson.
“He did something that was something new, and that new was, he won't touch you with 100 percent strength, he will touch you with 50 percent. But he will hit you twice as much and you will never breathe.
“He keeps going on top of you, and he will talk to you all the time. So he goes to F – with you psychologically, he will disturb your breathing by constantly touching you. As soon as he realizes that you are injured, he goes to the body, he will put it on you.”
