UFC fans around the world wake up this morning for a huge fighting news; With three world titles and various main event circuits announced by Dana White.
Former champion Welterweight Leon 'Rocky' Edwards was originally intended to give the upcoming UFC Fight Night: London Card against Jack della Maddalena in Australia.
Maddalena has now been removed from that British card, with a replacement opponent who has already been revealed – unfortunately it is again a 'nightmare' matchup for the popular British striker.

News about the UFC Fight Night London Switch-Up certainly surprised fans, with Hall of Famer Michael Bisping one of the first to share his reaction.
“This is a kind of nightmare situation for Leon Edwards,” said the former middleweight champion via his YouTube channel.
“I am not saying that Leon cannot beat him, but stylistically and in the short term, this is a very, very different fight. And potentially a more difficult fight than [against] Jack della Maddalena.
“Styles do battles and Leon is a sniper on the feet. Of course he has a large Takedown defense and he could downen Kamaru Usman-We know that he is well completed.
“But if you train for Jack della Maddalena, and you concentrate on boxing, a stand-up affair where you don't really work on the Takedown defense and all the variety of madness of the jiu-jitsu world that Sean Brady offers , it's a big mix. “
Apart from a shock TKO loss against Belal Muhammad in 2022, Sean Brady is almost perfect in the UFC Octagon; 7-1 go in the promotion with remarkable victories over Gilbert Burns, Kelvin Gastelum, Michael Chiesa and Jake Matthews.
Back to Bisping, who noticed that during training for throwing heavy hunters there is certainly not something new in the career of Leon Edwards, such a late switch will cause his game plan.
“Everyone who fights Leon Edwards, they try to get him all down, so in a sense nothing changes for him … Yes, it's not Jack della Maddalena trying to box and put him on the feet; It is Sean Brady, who dominated Gilbert Burns the previous time -out, who is trying to get him down.
“It is exactly the same fight, stylistically, that Leon had in Manchester last year when he lost the belt … That's why I say it's a bit of a nightmare.”
UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady is planned for March 22.

Instead, the Australian boxer will now take on the main event of UFC 315 in May in May Welterweight Champion Belal Muhammad – Shavkat Rakhmonov has revealed that he has an injury.
The Co-Main event of that PPV card in Canada will be a flying weight fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Manon Fiorot.
White also confirmed that champion featherweight Ilia Topuria has left its UFC title and will go to lightweight.
In his place, Alexander Volkanovski will compete against Diego Lopes for the empty title on UFC 314.
Also added to that UFC 314 card is Michael Chandler vs Paddy Pimblett, with former Bellator world champion Patricio 'Pitbull' set to make his UFC debut against the Mexican striking Yair Rodriguez.
