Magomed Ankalaev would always play the heel on UFC 313, but that didn't seem to let him go a bit on 8 March.
The challenger set up an impressive performance to beat fan favorite Alex Pereira over five rounds with a unanimous decision judgment when Ankalaev becomes the light heavyweight champion.
Although some fans argued that Pereira should have been given his hand and the jury members had criticized, this moment for the new champion has long been discussed.
He has had to overcome a number of frustrating setbacks and a considerable amount of waiting to finally realize his potential and to strengthen his status as the best in the world at 205 pounds.

On the day after his hard -fought victory over Alex Pereira, Magomed Ankalaev kicked his title with a serious posts on X.
His first post shared his take -away restaurants by looking for the fight for the first time, where he spoke about his game plan while evaluating both the performances of him and Pereira.
“I just look at the whole fight, I can make the best strikers of the first 3 rounds I have decided, I will just strike with him, it was so nice and it was not easy if your opponent does run. My busy today was my best weapon and I am very happy “

Ankalaev followed that with another himself congratulations on the success he had when he hit an incredibly dangerous opponent such as 'Patan'.
Although the challenger trusted his struggle in the fourth round and failed to secure a single Takedown, his battle was more than enough to get the job done on March 8.
“Who now has power, thanks for all my haters, you motivate me”
Finally, in a different representation of the new champion that is more than happy to be the villain after ending an iconic UFC -Run, Ankalaev signed with a final explanation.

Magomed Ankalaev also posted a reaction to one of the best contenders in the light heavyweight division after his victory.
With Jiri Prochazka who returned to the win column on UFC 311, Ankalaev's first defending defense against the former champion would be logical.
Although PrOCHAZKA did not call that fight when congratulating the new champion, the Russian title holder quickly closed the potential matchup.

If PrOCHAZKA will not be in the conversation, two large light heavyweight collisions that come with Jamahal Hill vs Khalil Rountree and Jan Bachowicz vs Carlos Ulberg can decide the next challenger unless a rematch with Alex Pereira takes place.
