Daniel Farke insisted that Leeds United's crushing 5-0 defeat against Premier League-Titel candidates Arsenal would not define their campaign 2025-26.
Farke watched while the Gunners Riot walked in the Emirates Stadium, with a big money in the summer that Viktor Gyokeres signed who scored his first two goals for the Gunners.
Jurrien Timber also took a brace in front of Mikel Arteta, while Bukayo Saka, who was injured early in the second half, also got himself on the score sheet.
Leeds has now lost each of their last six road games in the Premier League, their longest losing run on the road in the top flight since a point of nine between October 1992 and February 1993 under Howard Wilkinson.
And they were on the second best on Saturday and ended the game with a measly expected goals (XG) a total of 0.16 of their three shots compared to Arsenal's 2.82 of their 18 shots.

Despite a brilliant start of their 2025-26 Premier League campaign with a 1-0 win over Everton, Leeds was sent to their 11th defeat to Arsenal in their last 13 out-of-matches.
Farke was mainly irritated about how his side let the Gunners score, where Arsenal used their dominance of set pieces in their favor.
Since the beginning of the 2023-24 season, Arsenal has indeed scored 33 league goals of corners, 10 more than any other team in Europe's Big Five Leagues and 13 more than any other Premier League team during this period.
“It was always difficult [task] For us, travel here without our most important player, our captain Ethan Ampadu, “Farke said.
“And then of course you want to have Arsenal after a Champions League match or something, not their first home game of the season and on the back of a big win over Manchester United.
“All their new signing sessions were paraded before the competition, the stadium buzzed and they are on it.
“It was annoying to admit from a set. We underestimated their opposite press and they scored for a difficult corner for 2-0.
“Second half, five shots on goal, five goals. It is difficult if they are so effective. Long story short, they were the better side and deserved to win this game.
“If you want to come up with points on such nights, you have to be better in these situations. But we know that this is not a seasonal game for us.”
