OFFICIAL: Gabriel Magalhães will be out until the end of the season

Arsenal has confirmed that Gabriel has sustained a hamstring injury that requires an operation after he was replaced against Fulham during the club's match on Tuesday during the club's match.

In the coming days, Gabi will undergo a surgical repair procedure for his hamstring and immediately start his recovery and rehabilitation program, with the aim of being ready for the start of the following season.

“Everyone at the club will be fully focused on supporting Gabi to ensure that he is back in the full fit as quickly as possible.”

The Emirates Faithful responded quickly to news about the seasonal injury of Gabriel.

One wrote on X: “Rest on. Player of the season.

Another said: “End the season now.

And another said: “Gabi get well soon.

It was noted: “Come back stronger, king.”

Another chimed in: “Three hamstring injuries so serious that they need surgery in the same season.

“That raises some serious questions from the fitness/conditioning team.

“That is completely ridiculous.”

Gunners -Baas Mikel Arteta is now confronted with a defensive crisis prior to next Tuesday's visit to Real Madrid after injuries to Gabriel and Jurrien Timber, who also took a knock against the cottagers.

Jakub Kiwior is likely to deput for the Crocked Gabriel, with Oleksandr Zinchenko in line to fill in for wood on the left.

Ben White and Riccardo Calafiori missed Tuesday's visit to Fulham and are also doubts for next week's showdown with Real.
