Athletic Club has officially announced the signing of full-back Jesús Areso from Osasuna. The 26-year-old defender has agreed to a contract that runs until June 30, 2031, which marks a return to LEADAMA where he started his early development.

Athletic Club and CA Osasuna have reached an agreement for the transfer of Full-Back Jesús Areso, who signs up for the Red-White Club until 30 June 2031. The defender of Cascante returns to LEADAMA in a very strong position after a big career at the Red-White first team, with 11 ashes and one goal competition.
Jesús Areso (26) started his development in Aluvión, the contracted club of Athletic Bilbao. He arrived in LEADAMA as a youth player, where he played 52 games for Bilbao Athletic. In the 2021/2022 season he returned to Osasuna, from where he was borrowed from Burgos CF before he performed strongly at El Sadar.
The Navarrese defender, noted because of his physical ability and impressive defensive skills, will immediately participate in the training sessions of Ernesto Valverde and will be presented in a press conference in a press conference at 1:30 PM tomorrow, Wednesday, at 1:30 pm
