RB Leipzig announces that they sign a contract with Rômulo.

RB Leipzig strengthens his attack with Brazilian striker Rômulo. The 23-year-old moves from the Turkish First division club Göztepe to the Red Bulls and signs a long-term contract until June 2030. In the coming season he will wear the number 40.
Rômulo, trained in Maringá FC in Brazil, made a name for himself such as the U17 top scorer. Through Athletico Paranaense, his path led him in January 2024 to the Turkish football metropolis of Izmir and Göztepe, where he contributed considerably to the promotion to the Süper Lig Lig Ligs and three assists.
In his debut season in the Top League of Turkey, the 1.93-meter-long attacker awarded his campaign with 17 goals and ten assists in various competitions. After a year and a half in Turkey, the next step is now to Leipzig.
