PSV has announced the signing of Ruben van Bommel, who takes with him in an AZ deal, would be worth € 16 million plus a sale of 10%.
Last week it turned out that the Dutch champions wanted to sign the son of former player and manager Mark to replace Noa Lang, who is going to replace Napoli for around € 30 million.
Now the move is confirmed, with the winger returning to the club where he spent seven years of his youth career.
“I couldn't have written it better than this,” said Van Bommel.
“Playing for PSV 1 is secretly something I have always dreamed of. I have always had in my head that if PSV reported that I would really want to go there.”
